She actually seems to be doing the signs for K and S, which makes sense. The K is formed kinda poorly and looks more like V, but from what I was taught your thumb connects with your ring finger when signing V.
And E is formed with your fingertips against the side of your thumb, where S (as shown here) is with your thumb on top of your fingers.

Stills sounds like Japanese to me. The only sign language word that I can understand is the one where you clench all the fingers into a fist. Except the middle one.
