It's kinda surprising that this is the only Bikko/Katawa Shoujo crossover I've ever seen.
I have no idea what a Bikko is.
I remember Bikko mistakenly coming up while looking up Katawa Shoujo a while back.
As far as I know, Mishas, feel free to correct me, Bikko is some artist's original character who has since gained a following on the internets, even having fan-art of her own.
She has one eye, one leg, smokes pot, and her sister is a catgirl.

Not sure about the catgirl sister part, but yeah, that's correct. There's even a Bikku figurine out there.
