Would Hisao tap that if Akira wasn't dating someone else?
Yes, i think we all would want to tap that.

Akira is Lilly turned up to 11. She'll probably compensate for the smaller bust by doing some really freaky shit too...probably will say "PIITB!"

It's a whiskey heaven. All they can ever drink, to the end of their days. Enough to swim in it even.

...Their poor livers.

Is it wrong that I want to drink alcohol off of Akira's belly?

Just finished reading it. It took me a while because the 1st act is pretty bad, I couldn't fathom why Akira would go shopping near the school, why she'd stop in the park after doing so, and then why she'd talk about personal stuff to Hisao when he randomly finds her. After that it really starts to pick up, part 8 of act 2 seem to be where the writer figured out what he wanted the story to be.

I don't know what the cover has to do with the story, though. They're floating around in a glass of liquor but alcohol is never used to bring the two together nor does Akira ever seem like she isn't in control of her drinking habit. The bikini comes up maybe once in the story and it's passing imagery that's used as a joke rather than a motif of any sort. If I had to make a cover for the story, I'd draw Akira and Hisao facing each other with chains or weights attached to their legs holding them back.
