@43223: Tracking shows that your Emi should have arrived in your city yesterday afternoon. You may want to check your local high school athletic track; there is a known pathfinding issue in which Emis will sometimes run in an infinite loop if they come across a circular path.
There comes a time in the life of all young cripples, when they must go out into the world, and spend a year living on their own. Emi, now 13 years of age, is due to start her one year of independence. She settles in Yamaku, a city for cripples.
After a hard start, she finally finds friends who are willing to offer her a place to stay. Having no other notable skills besides her remarkable speed, Emi starts a delivery service to support herself.
The national age of consent in Japan is 13. However, individual prefectures are allowed to raise it to 18, and at least some of them have. (I think Tokyo Metropolis exercised the option more or less immediately on the relevant laws being passed.)
