At first, I thought "Holy sh*t, did Hisao just take a bullet for Hanako?!" Then I saw the 'yandere' tag, so it was probably Hanako who shot (or stabbed) Hisao in the first place.

Hmm, with blood on Hanako's mouth it doesn't give me Yandere vibes. You know, if it were her blood then that means she got injured too. Reminds me of some 'after the battle' scene, where the enemy is defeated, but the hero is dealt a mortal blow, and Hanako is there in his last moments. Or maybe it's Hisao's blood and Hanako is a freak.
