Nope, not at all. That is a logical fallacy: A conjunctive statement cannot contradict itself, or it must be false.
e.g. 'this table is made entirely of wood and of no wood at all.'
Since we are both here to read and write comments on this website made by people which is on the internet, an invention of man, which we are accesing on man made computers, I would say that humans do exist...

@6893: Logically speaking, the opposite of what he's saying is that NOT everything he says is a lie. So he lies sometimes, and tells the truth at others.
@6926: "Everything I say is a lie." is one of the very few statements mathematicians consider to be completely illogical.
