I must agree to disagree-though I'm not sure how they're classified from a legal standpoint. Carpal tunnel can be pretty debilitating, and I've known people with "legitimate" disabilities that could be "cured" with the proper surgery. Tinnitus is, for at least a few people, more than just "an annoyance". Of course, they probably didn't hear you say that anyway.

If i had to guess, I would say it was Yuuko, who was looking at a school year book and wrote down all the things and disabilities for all the students, so she would remember... that way if something were to happen in the library to one of the students she would at least know Why its happening..
