Cool theory, bro, but it doesn't explain her behavior when she eventually ends up in HISAO'S body.

She doesn't leap into Hisao, at least not in the game. That would just be silly. Where do you Mishas get these wild ideas?
I mean, we are privy to Hisao's thoughts the whole time. Where does he mention anything about being Iwanako or quantum leaping?

side effect of too much quantum leaping includes amnesia

Ah, but she didn't just quantum leap into Hanako. First she leaped into Emi, where you can see the determination and lust for life that comes from getting a second chance. Then she leaped into Shizune, where her frustration with being unable to stay in one life manifested as hypercompetitiveness and a determination to leave a positive mark on the world. Once she leaped into Lilly, she'd moved on to tranquil acceptance of her fate, but than came the trauma of living as Hanako. By the time she leaped into Rin, her experiences had left her a mite...odd in the thinkbits. Combine that with the stress of inhabiting a body of the opposite sex, and you end up with Kenji.
